I miss the Ctrl-Alt-Delete keyboard stroke and this post by Warren just gets it back on your Vista:
1. Click the Start button and type netplwiz
2. Click the Advanced tab and tick the Require user to press Ctrl + Alt + Delete

1. Pop the run command
2. Type MsConfig and run as adminstrator
3. The screen above shows up, and click on Services
