I and my friends have had problems enabling our bluetooth on our laptops. We were not able to find updated drivers in our vendor sites.
If you are using Toshiba you should have no problems as you can download the Vista bluetooth here.

Thanks, it saved my bluetooth. The old driver from Dell for my Inspiron 9300 was useless.
