Microsoft has already released Windows Vista SP1 via automatic updates; however, they are releasing this in bits and pieces.
Another option you have is to download the service pack directly from the Microsoft website and have the entire thing run on you box.

I and my friends have had problems enabling our bluetooth on our laptops. We were not able to find updated drivers in our vendor sites.
If you are using Toshiba you should have no problems as you can download the Vista bluetooth here.
