Windows 7 in 2010
Microsoft Windows 7 is expected to be released by Microsoft in 2010 as the general consensus around. In a statement to Softpedia:
We are currently in the planning stages for Windows 7 and development is scoped to three years from Windows Vista Consumer GA. The specific release date will be determined once the company meets its quality bar for release.
Microsoft has already delivered Windows 7 M1 build to U.S. antitrust regulators for review. Everyone sure hopes they get to release the successor to Vista spot on.
