Vista Capable Ruling on Feb 18
Microsoft is being sued to a pushed class suit action on their Vista Capable Machine slogan which got so many consumers disappointed and mad about their new purchase which could only run the most basic version of Windows Vista.
Below are emails from top executives of Microsoft which were read in a federal court in Seattle last week:
“I PERSONALLY got burnt … Are we seeing this from a lot of customers? … I now have a $2,100 e-mail machine,” wrote Mike Nash, corporate vice president of Windows Product Management.
Jim Allchin, former co-president of Microsoft’s Platforms and Services Division, wrote: “We really botched this … You guys have to do a better job with our customers.”
A ruling is expected to be issued by U.S. District Judge Marsha Pechman on February 18.
