Windows Vista Home Basic Performing Just Fine on 512 MB of RAM

It’s really good to read about people thinking of ways how to maximize Windows Vista and make them work.
PR-GB reports about installing Windows Vista Home Basic on a 2003 PC with 512 MB of RAM and says the end result is satisfying.

Updates Available to Fix Your USB Problems

I am glad Microsoft finally released an update which deals with a lot of USB related problems. I find it disappointing to be dealing with this issues.

Extension for Windows XP

Microsoft has extended the availability of Windows XP SKUs from January 31, 2008 to June 30, 2008.
Likewise, Windows XP Starter Edition will be available until June 30, 2010. OEMs on the other hand will remain available until January 31, 2009.
Support for Windows XP has been extended until April, 2014.
