Dutch Consumers Association built a Mountain of Complaints

by Milo on October 15th, 2007

I used to work with a user who made a mountain out of nothing complaining about every single inch of an application from colors, centimeter of alignment, keystrokes and so many things that no other user ever cared other than her.

The Dutch Consumer Association has blasted Microsoft and has called to boycott Windows Vista as Microsoft failed to allow them to use Windows XP freely like businesses where Microsoft gave free Windows XP copies. The association stressed that they have received over 5,000 complaints over Windows Vista. That is a lot of complaints; I think they should have run Windows Vista Upgrade Advisor first before moving into the new operating system. If their box is new and runs Windows Vista upon purchase, they should just be fine.

A lot of Dutch Users of Vista from forums says that the Consumentenbond is just making a mountain out of a molehill. Do you agree?

Well what do you expect from microsoft… its just like same old song that happens previous versions of the windows. If you will recall the issue on Millennium Edition, of which it has a lot of bugs…then you will realize that its all just a part of marketing strategies. If you buy both these versions of widows releases, then lightning can stroke twice at the same place.

Window vista as I see it on my personal view is not a friendly OS to buy. Its just a full of tweaks rather than oozing with functionality and ease for connectivity. What gives is pain on the butt drivers.

Maybe, the next windows should microsoft considered making is a new heart for all new brains………….
