Stickers for Windows Vista Capable PC’s
As we all know it could take another year before we can see Vista hitting the shops. With all that delaying some MS-marketing buff has gotten the idea to launch stickers for PC’s saying “Windows Vista Capable”. The PC’s can be found in stores, letting customers know what hardware can be upgraded once it is available… Oh, just cut the crap!
Tags: Microsoft, sticker, VistaTo receive a sticker, the PCs must pass certification requirements for the Designed for Windows XP logo. They also must meet hardware criteria that makes them capable of performing well if running Windows Vista, Microsoft said. Those requirements are a modern CPU (central processing unit), at least 512M bytes of memory and a DirectX 9 class graphics processor.
