Go ahead and rewrite 60% of Vista code!

The past couple of days Slashdot and others have linked to an article on Australian’s smarthouse.com.au. It states that up to 60% of the code in the new consumer version of MS Vista has to be rewritten. Offcourse this is bull and Scoble confirms it’s Totally 100% False. So you know;)
